Providing Exceptional Lawn & Landscaping Services since 2002

Just as grass needs water to grow, it needs proper nutrients in the soil to grow well. That’s where our chemical program comes in. Our program includes every treatment necessary for your lawn to develop into a beautiful yard. Whether it’s bluegrass or fescue, we can make your lawn look great!

Give your lawn a healthy diet

Our lawn fertilization program provides essential nutrients, extensive protection, and lawn aeration to promote the greenest, healthiest lawn possible. Our slow-release fertilizer stimulates the growth, density, and deep green color of your lawn while pre-emergent and targeted weed control prevents and delivers year-round protection from a variety of annual and broadleaf weeds. Targeted insect control is included to protect the lawn from a variety of lawn damaging insects. Also included are lawn aeration and overseeding which work together to produce a dense turf with strong roots. These added benefits improve the overall effectiveness of your plan while all services are performed at key agronomic stages throughout the year to yield optimal lawn results.

Key Benefits of our Fertilizer Program

Early Spring

Fertilizer and Pre-Emergent Application

Designed to stimulate lush, new spring growth. This early spring application will provide superior color enhancement. In addition, a Pre-Emergent will be applied to destroy crabgrass seeds before they emerge and establish a season-long control in your lawn

Late Spring

Fertilizer and Pre-Emergent Application

Not only will the slow-release fertilizer add life and beauty to your lawn, but the second round of Pre-Emergent is extra protection in protecting your lawn from any Crabgrass seeds that may have survived.

Early Summer

Fertilizer and Broadleaf Control

This special formulation of slow-release fertilizer will help prepare your lawn for the tough summer months to follow. Weeds love the heat and we don’t like weeds! During this application, we will also apply a liquid herbicide to your lawn to kill any weeds.

Early Summer

Season Long Grub Control

Applied at the same time as our Fertilizer and Broadleaf Control application, our Grub Control treatment is a great way of protecting your lawn from grubs. Grubs love grass, and before you even know you have a grub problem, it’s too late.

Late Summer

Slow Release Fertilizer Application

This Late summer application will provide your lawn with the essential nutrients needed to sustain optimum health and vibrancy through intense summer heat and stress.

Fall

Slow Release Fertilizer Application

This application is applied in early fall. It works to restore any lost health and vigor, as well as promote dynamic color and root stimulation.

Winter

Winterizer

Applied just before dormancy, this winterizing application allows your lawn to store the necessary nutrients needed for a beautiful spring green-up

Lawn Aeration

Over time your soil naturally becomes compacted, leaving the subsoil undesirable for healthy lawn growth. Walking, playing, mowing, and watering compact particles and reduce the air space necessary for root growth.

Benefits of Lawn Aeration:

  • Oxygen gets to the roots and the soil allowing it to “breath”.
  • Organic fertilizers and nutriensts get access to the root system.
  • Water is able to better soak the soil and reach the root system
  • Tight, compact soil is loosened up allowing the root system to grow and helps to break up thatch.

Overseeding

Lawn overseeding is good for lawns that suffer from drought stress, insect or disease damage, or that show other evidences of decine, such as bare patches. Overseeding a lawn with newer, improved types of turfgrass is often the best way to thicken the lawn and improve its health and appearance. The new turfgrass is better able to resist damage from drought, turfgrass diseases and lawn damaging insects.

Benefits of Overseeding:

  • Filling in areas of turf damaged by summer stress, diseases or insects.
  • Thickening and increasing the density of thin lawns
  • Improving the lawn’s appearance

Landscape Bed Maintenance

Having a beautiful landscape bed adds value and beauty to any property, but it does require significant upkeep. Beds need to be edged, weeded, fertilized, and more. For a truly beautiful bed, handson work is required.

Benefits of Landscape bed Maintenance:

  • Keep unsightly weeds from gaining a foothold in your beautiful landscaping.
  • Just like your lawn benefits from the nutrients found in a fertilizer program, so do your plants. A good balanced fertilizer application to your landscaping will add color, health, and beauty.
  • Creating a natural edge between your lawn and landscaping really adds the finishing touches to any landscaping.
